Phase III focuses on producing biodiesel from renewable resources.
The bottom line of both phase II and III is to understand and select a technological process that is the most efficient and economical at converting waste to energy.
The work in Phase II will pave the way for execution of Phase III. While Phase III is the last phase, it is being pursued at the same time as ongoing work in Phase II.
